T.A.R.V.I.S., which began as a simple CRM entry page, has evolved into Toonz's proprietary digital ecosystem, building the ERP for Toonz by connecting CRM, Finance, Legal, Production, HR, and multiple internal workflows into one integrated platform.

From a basic data-entry interface, TARVIS has grown into an intelligent automation framework that streamlines processes, reduces silos, improves visibility, and brings technology into traditionally manual, process-heavy functions.

The future of TARVIS is even more exciting. It is now progressing towards an AI-based digital framework capable of intelligently driving operations, finance, and other core business functions. Operating within Toonz’s internal server environment, TARVIS remains fully proprietary to Toonz - designed, developed, and controlled within the organisation’s own technology ecosystem.

This journey reflects a clear mission: modernizing traditional business processes while preserving the values and legacy of Toonz. And this is only the beginning, with TARVIS continuing to expand its capabilities and drive the organization's digital transformation.

From understanding user requirements and overcoming technical challenges to successfully implementing the application, she played a key role in creating a platform that supports the organization's daily operations and strengthens its digital capabilities.

Veenamol attributes this achievement to the trust and confidence placed in her by the management, which motivated her to transform an idea into a practical and efficient solution.
