I began practicing yoga more for the soul than for the body. It's important not to expect immediate results. Allow your body and mind to gradually adjust, enjoy the practice, and fully immerse yourself in it. Over time, you'll be amazed at the profound long-term effects it has on both your body and mind. Yoga is a powerful remedy for stress and anxiety, but these benefits take time to manifest. Looking back, I realize that many of the pain issues I once experienced have completely disappeared.

It's a misconception that only a high-paying job can help you save money. In reality, saving can start with the smallest amount, and over time, you'll realize that it’s the little drops that create an ocean.

The simplest way to identify money to save is by tracking every expense. Start by noting down each expense in a diary. At the end of the day, review your spending and pinpoint any unnecessary expenses you could have avoided. Make it a habit to avoid those mistakes the following day.

Set a goal to save at least ₹1,000 each month and invest it in a recurring deposit (RD). Without saving, this ₹1,000 might easily slip away on unnecessary expenses. But when you contribute it to an RD, at the end of 12 months, you'll find yourself with ₹12,000 plus interest. That’s how you turn small, thoughtful actions into significant savings over time.
