Star Performer is a monthly recognition initiative that celebrates employees who have made exceptional contributions and demonstrated outstanding performance. Nominations are invited every month and reviewed by a panel of evaluators, who select the Star Performer based on the impact, innovation, and value of their achievements. The selected employee is recognized with a certificate of appreciation and a monetary reward in the form of a gift voucher.
