My experience at Toonz so far has been truly wonderful. As a newcomer, I was initially nervous about stepping into a corporate environment, but everyone here made the transition smooth and welcoming. My team members were incredibly supportive and patient, always ready to guide me through every step. They understood that I was new to this setup and took the time to explain how things work, helping me learn and grow with confidence. My seniors have been especially kind and encouraging — even when I asked the same questions multiple times, they responded with calmness and clarity. Overall, it has been an inspiring experience, and I’m grateful to be part of such a positive and collaborative team that truly values learning and growth.
