I'm K Jayakumar, and I've recently rejoined as a Senior Compositor on June 2nd, 2025. As I settle into my new role, I'm experiencing a mix of nostalgia, excitement, and learning. Despite the changes that have taken place over the years, what has remained constant is the strong collaboration, pursuit of excellence, and support that I remembered and admired.

It's inspiring to see how the company has evolved while staying true to its core values. Coming back after eight years feels like reconnecting with an old friend who has grown in amazing ways. I'm grateful to everyone who has welcomed me with patience and encouragement.

The initial days of experience was quiet good for me as I was able to observe the 3d production flow, met with artists, Toonz orientation at town hall helped me to understand the future initiative at the same time the production coordinator role was also felt nervous at the very few hours of joining but later other team members in the production department helped a lot in guiding me to understand the role in a good way.

I am extremely happy to join the dynamic finance team. Teammates are well supportive.As a new comer to this role, the experience has been both challenging and Thrilling. I am eager to continue contributing to the team's efforts in a streamlined financial operations. I am looking forward to further honing my skills and being able to contribute even more to the success of our animation and distribution projects and financial goals.
