My experience at Toonz so far has been great. I am still getting familiar with the business and office culture, but it has been a positive journey.

The interview process was quite extensive, but the recruitment experience was excellent. I truly appreciate Ajaish's empathy towards candidates, which was one of the key reasons I decided to join Toonz.

I’ve had the opportunity to spend time with Jinu and PKV, both of whom have been incredibly welcoming and have gone out of their way to help me get acquainted with the system. The current MIS team is fantastic—highly talented and full of potential.

Additionally, the 2D Head, Ansal, has been a great mentor, helping me understand the foundation of the animation process. The previous MIS Head, Arun, has also been very supportive in guiding me through the system’s details. 

I really appreciate how open the CEO and leadership are to discussions and analysis. I look forward to spending more time with JK, Subha, Neena and the other department heads to gain deeper insights into the BAUs.

Stepping into the role of HR Head at Toonz Animation has been a thrilling experience. In just a week, I had the opportunity to engage myself in the vibrant world of animation, interact with talented professionals, and gain a deeper understanding of the company’s culture and values.

One of the first things that struck me was the sheer passion and creativity that drives this organization. From brainstorming sessions to production discussions, every corner of the company buzzes with innovation and artistic brilliance. It’s inspiring to see how every team member contributes to bringing stories to life.

During my initial days, I focused on understanding the current HR processes, policies, etc. I had insightful conversations with various teams, and areas where HR can enhance support.

As I continue this journey, I look forward to building strong relationships with all team members, implementing best HR practices, and contributing to the company’s success. I am confident that together, we can create an even more dynamic and supportive work culture.
